When Ikigai began, we made a promise to create watches we could dive with. Model S was an opportunity to explore something different — a square, dressier everyday watch, without abandoning our original philosophy of 200m water resistance.
Beyond its silhouette, we also wanted to experiment with the possibilities of luminous printing and dial finishing.
Form
Exploring a square case with dressier proportions, while retaining the versatility of a GADA watch.
Light
Pushing the brightness of printed Super-LumiNova through multiple layers of Grade A BGW9. The hands and crown also feature luminous applications.
Texture
Experimenting with an enamel-coated, three-dimensional stamped dial to explore depth, texture and finishing.

A dressier approach to everyday wear
Made for Everyday Wear.
The stainless steel bracelet features standard female end links and a gradual taper from 20mm to 16mm, completed with a butterfly clasp for a clean, streamlined appearance.
Model S is offered as a development prototype rather than a regular production model. As such, it does not include Ikigai's standard manufacturer's warranty.
