Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at auscar@ikigaiwatches.com with your order number before the 30-day withdrawal period expires.

Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where reasonably possible.

 

Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
